Microvascular surgery is the transferral of cutis, musculus or os that is totally unloosed from the physical structure with the arteria and vena to a land site needing reconstruction. Blood supply is re-established immediately by suturing the arteria and vena to a nearby blood supply. This surgery is did through the exercise of a microscope, specialized instruments and tiny needles with ultra amercement suturas.
